7 Day Money Back Guarantee
•  All unopened merchandise purchased from Computer DepotĀ® is eligible for a full refund if the product is returned within 7 days of the original invoice date. This refund is subject to the exceptions listed below and to equipment being in resalable condition including, but not limited to, all original packaging being returned intact along with any supporting documentation and software. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in a restocking fee or products being deemed non-returnable. Original invoice must be present at the time of return/exchange.
•  For debit or credit card transactions, refunds will only be applied to the card used in the original transaction. Please bring the original card when returning your product, as we are unable to refund transactions unless the physical card is present. For returns on cash transactions, refunds below $100 will be refunded in cash; refunds exceeding $100 will be refunded via cheque. Cheques can only be issued Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If a product is returned outside this timeframe, a cheque will be issued within one business day.
Exceptions
•  All opened products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
•  Opened products are subject to testing before any return can be approved. Credit will be provided only after the returned product has been tested by our technicians.
•  All open software is non-refundable.
•  Consumables such as printer ink and toner are non-refundable. Printers with open ink/toner cannot be returned.
•  Special order items are non-returnable, except at the discretion of the sales manager and are subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee if deemed returnable.
•  Custom built systems are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, depending on configuration. If a custom built system contains proprietary and/or specialised components, these components may be subject to the same restrictions as Special Order products, and may not be returnable.
•  Faulty scanners and printers that are not serviceable by Computer Depot need to be returned directly to the manufacturer or to an authorized distributor for repair/replacement, subject to the manufacturer\'s discretion. Computer Depot may be able to assist in this process.

For transactions falling outside of the 7 day return period
30 Day Exchange
•  If a regular stock product fails due to manufacturer defect between 8 - 30 days of the invoice date the product will be exchanged, replaced, or repaired as per the manufacture guidelines. Most repairs or replacements take 4-6 weeks and may be subject to shipping charges depending on the manufacturers individual repair/replacement policies.
Returns Outside 7 Days
•  If a regular stock item is returned between 7-30 days of the original invoice, store credit may be issued with a 15% restocking fee applied. This is subject to the conditions listed in the 7 day money back guarantee. Credit will be based on the current listed price or the invoice price, whichever is lower.
•  No returns will be accepted outside of 30 days, without exception.
Restocking Fee
•  All restocking fees are calculated on the pre-tax amount.
